Terms of service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply to hu-technologies.com and to products and services sold by Hu Technologies, LLC ("Hu Technologies", "we", "us"). Each of our products may also have its own terms, which apply to that product.

Who we are

Hu Technologies, LLC is a software company based in Whitefish, Montana. We build and run AI software products, including AdvisorClear (advisorclear.com), and we build custom software for businesses.

Our products

AdvisorClear sells one-time reports that explain public regulatory records about financial advisors and advisory firms. Prices are shown on advisorclear.com/pricing before you buy: Essential $79.99, Advanced $99.99, and $29.99 for each additional advisor after your first report. Purchases are also governed by the AdvisorClear terms of use.

Custom software services are priced per project. Scope, price and payment schedule are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

Using our products

Use our products only for lawful purposes and in line with each product's terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or resell our products without written permission.

Information, not advice

Our products present and explain information. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, nothing we provide is investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hu Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
