Refund policy

AdvisorClear reports

AdvisorClear reports are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly. If we can't find the record you paid for, or something goes wrong with your report, email support@hu-technologies.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show them.

Subscriptions

We do not currently sell subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. If we add a subscription, it will show how to cancel before you buy.

Custom software services

Refunds and cancellations for custom projects follow the written agreement for that project.

Disputes

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
